Here is my LFW Day Two Diary which started off with a non LFW event but as I was in London I wanted to head over and check it out. It was a Thirty Plus event held at the Smashbox Studios and gave us the chance to check out the brand new lipstick ranges and have a lipstick makeover. I chose a nude shade but this shade called Booked in the Be Legendary Matte lipstick was more pigmented than I would usually wear and a touch bolder but I LOVED it!! It was so nice to chat to other Thirty Plus members too before I had to run off back to LFW.
I headed off to Fashion Scout to catch a couple of shows and check out the Crabtree & Evelyn pop up emporium. First up was Ashley Isham who's show I have attended before and loved. His show was full of vibrant prints and pom poms (I'm so happy they are sticking around for SS17) and stunning gowns. The 70's soundtrack was perfectly matched with flared sillohuettes and fabrics plus bright coloured swimwear that I would quite happily pack in my holiday suitcase. The gowns were full length and flowing with intricate bead work and embellished belts.
In between shows I visited the Crabtree & Evelyn emporium which was offering show goers a space to relax and unwind with free 60 second hand treatments using Crabtree & Evelyn's range of LFW limited edition hand creams. Hidden amongst foliage there was a photo booth to create your own gif and the cutest rocking chairs to sit and relax.
My second show was Han Wen. This show was really interesting with a slow paced walk and ethereal music soundtrack. There was a real mix of lightweight fabrics with heavy duty metal eyelets, lacing and other industrial details and I really enjoyed the collection. A great added bonus and thanks so much to the Crabtree & Evelyn team for hooking me up with tickets for both the shows.
I headed back to The Apartment where I managed to squeeze in a very quick shoot with the Comb guys to capture my LFW Day Two outfit. I wore this maxi shirt with twist front layered over a nude harness top and statement necklace, skinny jeans, Nike Cortez, sleeveless jacket and my new bag which is designed to carry my Olympus Pen and is from Olympus' new range of accessories for the blogger fave camera. Its so lush and has a real Chloe look about it! I love it. I'm hopefully going to have a post all about a few more of the accessories coming very soon so keep an eye out.
Day Two was a bit more chilled out and I loved catching a couple of shows at Fashion Scout plus hanging out with Danielle a bit more too. My day Three Diary will be live on Friday but make sure you read my LFW Day One Diary post too!!
