I bought this dress for my honeymoon after seeing it on the beautiful Audrey Leighton’s blog, who is one of my most favourite bloggers and always rocks whatever she wears.

Inspired by her gorgeous photos full of movement I wanted to capture how lovely the dress is and how flippy the skirt is. I wore it with a simple layered necklace and my favourite vintage sunglasses.
Its so comfy and easy to dress up or down and I also bought a similar dress from Missguided with a pineapple print which was also my dress of choice on honeymoon for heading to lunch over a bikini.
I’m sad the summer is well and truly over and I wont get to wear the pineapple one again this year, but i may try and wear the black dress layered up with a cardi and boots this Autumn.

For honeymoon I kept my makeup very simple in the daytime as it was so warm, but I did wear my Revlon Lip Butter to death! I have also now bought it in two other shades including one bought at the airport on the way out.
