You might think that the denim jacket isn't suitable for wearing right now but I'm here to tell you you can wear a denim jacket for Winter if its like this gorgeous borg lined denim jacket from F&F. This bad boy is so blummin toasty and warm and layered up with this black and white knit too it was a great outfit for the slight nip in the air. I picked up this cable style jumper in a 12 but I reckon it would be even better in a 14, proper over sized! This is the first lined jacket I have like this and I love the borg collar, it looks so cosy and is perfect for Winter.
Layering up the jacket with knitwear is a great way to wear a denim jacket in winter and of course you can add a big chunky scarf too. I added a big black snood scarf to this outfit too and as the jacket was one size up there was plenty room to button this beauty up to the top too.

Now if you are not brave enough to wear double denim then you can style up your denim jacket with leather trousers like I have. These are the leather style jeans from F&F and are sadly sold out online now, but I have spotted them in store and I've linked the burgundy ones above which are lovely too. They fit like a dream and have that leather look whilst being really flexible so they are super comfy to wear. I can't wait to wear these with even longer knits and trainers as well as dressed up with heeled boots for the evening.

It's a gorgeous ashy colour and I love how it looks with a dark lip for Winter.I'm getting so much braver with lip colour and this one is actually just a bargain lip crayon from Primark. I can't wait to try out more colours over Christmas too! Send me your faves in the comments
