Its not often these days that I post Press Day photos but for the Accessorize Monsoon AW15 Press Day I do make an exception. You might have seen the amazing photos from the Accessorize AW14 Press Day last year and this press day was as beautifully dressed and presented. Here’s a few of my favourite photos and some of the items I’ll be desperately waiting to hit stores come September.

Thanks to Chloe the mini saddle bag is definitely set to stay for AW15 and I loved this pale pink Accessorize one with snakeskin texture along with a perfectly pretty palette of pink and greys. How warm does that pom pom scarf look?? The whole press day was dressed with these amazing poms poms which hung from the ceiling in soft pastel hues.

I’m a huge fan of Accessorize’s novelty handbags and clutches. I spotted the clock handbag at last years AW14 Press Day and knew I had to have it and lots of people have been snapping up the reworked pastel version of the popular camera bag this summer. Again this year they have some super cute novelty bags coming for this Autumn and my favourites had to be the WOW box bag and the robot bag too which I posted on my instagram.

I loved the running theme of insects and beetles. The whole press day was filled with butterflies, beetles and bugs from jewellery to the decor. I loved the vintage feel to lots of the jewellery and especially the brooches. Accessorize’s signature 3d floral embellished clutch has been reworked for this season but this time there are insects intermingled between the flowers. So pretty and such an amazing party piece.

Of course the star of the show for me was the Z Collection. The AW14 Press Day was the first time I saw this stunning collection of delicate gold jewellery designed by Zara Simon and I immediately fell in love. Over the last year I have added so many pieces to my own collection and I couldn’t wait to see what was in store for AW15. The collection still centres on delicate gold jewellery but I’m really excited that the Z Collection has added some silver pieces to the range too. This makes me so happy as I have been hoping they would extend the range to include silver plated. I also was over the moon to find a couple of these Z Collection pieces in the goody bag from the day, literally made my day.

The floral displays were stunning as always and this outfit above from Monsoon was one of my favourites. I love the rich colours and the mix of textures and I think navy mixed with warm reds and purples is such a gorgeous palette for Autumn.

The boho vibe was in full force in so many of the Monsoon pieces. I liked the update from Summer to Autumn with the same festival feel but thicker fabrics and layering of knitwear and scarves. The tan suede fringe waistcoat was a stunning piece and one I would love in my wardrobe for AW15, I’d wear it with jeans, chunky boots and a warm knit under.

Monsoon is always the place to go for a perfect party dress or a show stopping gown. Lace textures and metallic embroidered brocade was on show as well as the usual heavy beading and embellishment that Monsoon always does so well. I loved the collections of accessories displayed on gilt luggage trolleys and the turning mannequins displays which gave the press day some movement. My favourite piece had to be the black dress with pretty gold embroidery, such an easy Christmas party look.

Thank you so much to the team for inviting me to the Accessorize Monsoon AW15 Press Day and I can’t wait for the AW15 Collections to hit stores.
What pieces caught your eye? What can’t you wait to buy when it lands in store?
