Over the last few weeks I’ve been taking part in the In Post Bloggers Swap Shop. I was asked to choose an accessory to swap with one of the other bloggers taking part and I chose to swap my plum coloured floppy hat.
We tweeted and Instagrammed our items and interacted with each other about which items we loved.
Once the Swap Shop was over I had to send my hat to another lovely blogger using In Post
This service is a 24/7 Post locker service which means you can send or collect your items any time of the day.
To send my item I needed to book it in online. My parcel would need to be dropped off at an In Post Locker but would be delivered to the home address of my recipient. The online booking took only a few minutes and cost less than £3 to deliver this size parcel.
I headed off to drop my parcel off at my local In Post locker which it turned out wasn’t all that close to me, so fingers crossed In Post get some more lockers in my area. But the touch screen and drop off system was really easy to use and took seconds.
I could then track the progress of my parcel on the In Post website, and postage tends to take around 5 days.
This week I received my item from blogger Samio to my door via the In Post service and it had been beautifully packaged and a little note included too.
How pretty is this clutch??? I’ve actually decided to use it as a quirky laptop case because it fits perfectly and I love that I can then carry my laptop like its a fashion accessory.
It was so cool to try out the In Post service. I liked that I could drop my parcel off after work when most Post Offices would be closed, but I would like a slightly closer location for my local locker if I was to use the service again in the future.
I really enjoyed taking part in the In Post Swap Shop and thank you so much to Samio too for my beautiful clutch bag.
(I was compensated to take part in the Swap Shop and use the In Post Service but all photos, words
and opinions are my own and 100% honest.)
