A few weeks ago I went to London for a birthday party and to have my hair done and did do a small amount of shopping!! (small in my opinion!!) I visited Primark, H&M and Forever 21 and picked up some really cute items. Everyone loves a good Primark Haul post so here’s mine.
At Primark I bought this really simple Burgundy skater dress which was a bargain at £5!! I bought it in a size up so it wouldn’t be too tight. I also picked up this burgundy print tea dress which was less than £10 which is really good for Primark at the mo and is a really nice slightly silky fabric.
I ‘ m so happy I bought this gorgeous patterned cropped sleeve jacket. I’d seen it in their AW13 images I didn’t think I’d ever actually find it instore. Its so lovely and has the most amazing pattern. It was £13 which is ok for something this detailed. I’ve already styled up three looks created with this jacket as it inspired me the minute I got home and I will post the images on the blog soon.
I picked up a basic hairbrush and a vanilla reed diffuser which is nice and not too overpowering or cheap smelling actually. The fluffy cardigan is my newest addition to my fluffy knitwear collection. I already have a black fluffy jumper and a white (see outfit here in in my Colour Nation Post)
This cardi was about £13 and is more of a cream colour but is lovely and warm and I’ve been wearing it already non stop.
I also picked up more earrings which I love from Primark, especially these sets of several designs. I’ve been wearing the crosses a lot and the little turquoise circles too. I also bought another set of their polishes after loving the last set I bought so much (see post) in blues and purples as well as a stunning purple glitter – cant wait to use this.
From H&M I got this vest in the sale for £2!!!!!! Its mainly for work as it will go over leggings great and is nice and long. I also finally found this jacket/coat in a size 12. Its listed as a blazer but I’ve been wearing it oversized as a Winter coat layered up with jumpers and my snood. Its a lovely textured grey bobble and I’ve had it on almost every day!
Lastly at Forever 21 I bought this lovely bib style necklace with turquoise stones. Sadly I only had ten minutes before my train so didn’t have as much time to browse as I would have liked so I headed straight for jewellery. Forever 21 at Westfield has my most favourite accessories department of any store and I always buy something. I think their jewellery is as good as Topshop but quite a bit cheaper!
I’m still on the hunt for a few more items this winter including a nice pair of heels with no too high a heel and a great party dress.
What have you been buying recently??
