I’m someone who finds it very hard to switch off and relax. Even more so since started blogging I’m always on my phone or on the laptop and I very rarely take time out to just chill out and pamper myself. So when Freemans asked if they could send me some pamper treats along with a few pieces in celebration of their new Tv Advert I of course said yes and hoped it would help encourage me to take some time out. So on Monday night I treated myself to a lovely long bath with gorgeous fizzing bath bomb and followed it with a dead sea salt face mask, which was lush! It was so nice to just relax and not turn my computer on all evening. I chilled out in my fleecy pj’s and did a bit of colouring in one of my adult colouring books which is the perfect activity for calming the mind. It was really lovely. So much so thats it convinced me I need one night like this a week where I don’t turn on the computer and don’t look at my phone and just take some time out for me. I felt so much better the next day for it. I’ve been a bit poorly recently so I needed cheering up and this was just what the doctor ordered.

Something else that never fails to cheer me up is a brand new dress, shoes and a snuggly jumper. I picked this gorgeous Yumi dress from Freemans.com, it has a gorgeous swan print and bright belt and its just so cute. I’m one of those people that hangs new things up on show especially if they are really pretty, anyone else do that?? The ankle boots boots are perfect for this Autumn in a gorgeous rich burgundy colour and a nice and low heel so they are really comfy. The jumper is from one of my favourite brands Laura Scott and I picked it in a larger size so its lovely and oversized. Its gorgeous and soft and I’ve already had it on so much as its so warm and cosy.
