Seven Seas Perfect 7 renewal supplements

The quest for better looking skin is a constant process for me and I’m always trying new creams and potions to try and help with the appearance of dryness and wrinkles, but I’ve never taken any kind of supplements that can help from the inside. So, when Seven Seas asked me to try out a brand-new product with a new ingredient called Ceramosides™ which is designed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles in just 60 days I couldn’t wait to give it a try.

This new product is a UK first of its kind and is called Seven Seas Perfect7 Renewal Advanced and I was lucky enough along with several other bloggers to be one of the first to try out this new beauty supplement.

At an exciting launch event in London we were introduced to the product and its ingredients. So let’s get a little bit technical for two secs to talk about what’s inside these little caps.

Ceramides are a natural component of the skin. They make up 50% of the skin’s moisture barrier but as you age ceramide levels drop, leading to a reduction in skin moisture, which can contribute to the appearance dryness and wrinkles. Seven Seas Perfect7 Renewal contains Ceramosides™ which are a natural source of these ceramides. Ceramides have been used for ages topically for anti-aging for example in creams and gels, but never developed to be taken orally in this form and that’s what makes Perfect7 Renewal a UK first of its kind.

Basically, by taking the Ceramosides™ capsule you are feeding your skin from within, helping to supplement your natural ceramide levels which in turn has been proven to improve the appearance of wrinkles. Sounds great yeah? Now you can see why I was super excited to try the product.

Each pack of Perfect7 Renewal Advanced contains a 30 day supply of 3 pills; a ceramoside™ capsule, a multi-vitamin and mineral tablet and a Seven Seas Omega 3 capsule and the pack retails at £39.99. There is also a Perfect7 Renewal Duo Pack available too, containing the ceramosides™ capsules with vitamins and minerals and the Omega 3 capsules which retails at £34.99. Both are exclusively available to buy here at Boots.

I tested out the advanced pack and at first I was a little taken aback by having to take 3 supplements a day but once I slotted them in to my bedtime routine it became very easy to take them every day. The bonus of the Perfect7 Renewal Advanced pack is all the added benefits of the extra Multivitamin and Mineral tablet. Which includes, Zinc for healthy nails, Biotin for healthy hair, Vitamin C which supports collagen formation and Vitamin E which contributes to cell protection from oxidative stress.

Along with learning about the product we also had our skins appearance examined and measured by a state of the art machine. This device measures the appearance of the skins dryness, texture and wrinkles as well as a tool that measured the skins elasticity. After taking Perfect7 Renewal Advanced for 60 days we would have all these tests done again so we could really see the results.

So next time I’ll be sharing the results of my skin analysis and the visual effects of taking the new Perfect7 Renewal for 60 days. I can’t wait to see close up what a difference there is and I’ll be sharing some of the top tips I got from the beauty expert Abigail James who honestly gave me so much advice about looking after your skin at the follow up event. So, make sure you head back to the blog to read post number two in a couple of weeks.
