For those of you that don’t know I left my full time job of nearly 12 years to work from home on my blog and last week was my leaving do at work. Occasions like this are always marked with cake at the theatre and so I was excited to celebrate with an amazing celebration cake by Parteaz. They are a local Essex company based in Southend and they create the most amazing celebration cakes. I had chosen a handbag shaped cake, kinda appropriate as I was leaving to focus on my fashion blog and Parteaz talked to me on the phone about exactly what I wanted to really make the cake personalized.
The personal service was brilliant and the cake came hand delivered to my door. When it arrived I was so excited to open the box. The cake was gold and white with chocolate sponge and buttercream inside and so so beautiful.
The cake I chose could be kept for up to 5 days in its box so you can order in plenty time for your party. I loved the ribbon detail and the amazing detail to the shoe too.
The cake itself transported really easily in its box to the party and it definitely was a stunning centrepiece to the shindig my theatre friends had put on for me which included a sweet cart and pimms. Plus they showed three films made by people at the theatre featuring goodbye messages and other funny stuff shown on a big screen. It was so lovely.
The cake itself went down a storm and the chocolate sponge was so yummy. Once cut the cake will keep in the fridge too so I took a big slab of it home with me and left lots at the theatre too for people to eat the next day.
I can’t recommend Parteaz enough. From the service to the quality of the cake itself it was all brilliant. Thanks so much to them for my gorgeous cake.
They can make you a cake to any image you want so make sure you check out the Parteaz website and see some of the amazing designs they make!!
Also I’m so excited to be shortlisted in the Thirty Plus Awards in The Next Big Thing and Photography Star categories and would love it if you could take 2 secs to vote for me. Voting is only open for a short time, so click on image below to be take straight to the form xxx
