My Spring Hero Piece

Every season there is a hero piece that will be your most worn item and the one you absolutely need in your wardrobe right now. My Spring Hero Piece is most definitely the Biker Jacket. I think I must own 6 or 7 biker jackets in a variety of colours and materials. Every season the biker gets reinvented and with a new feel or look to it. For Winter is was leather with fur collar or if a suede biker the colour a deep tan shade. For Spring its all about a softer palette. This mink coloured biker jacket from New Look is perfect and is definitely my Hero Piece.

The jacket has that great classic biker shape but I love how soft the faux suede is and the colour is perfect for my lighter Spring wardrobe. Plus I think it looks much more expensive than the £34.99 price tag it had. A biker is one of the most versatile pieces of clothing you’ll own, it goes with so much and transitions so easy from day to night.

“I’m styling it with simple jeans, shirt, jumper and trainers which is totally how I’d wear it off duty at the weekend but it will go with so much in my wardrobe”

I’m so impressed with the new Spring collection at New Look. There were so many gorgeous pieces when I headed there at Intu Lakeside, you can shop all my purchases below.
