I wasn’t always a lover of candles and I never really saw the appeal until the last couple of years. Now like many other people and most definitely other bloggers I love a gorgeous smelling candle lit on my fireplace and am always on the hunt for new candle buys. I’m a total Jo Malone candle virgin and I’m so excited to have started with this divine smelling beauty. This newly released scent Mimosa and Cardamom is such a perfect scent for Winter. Its warm with spicy scents of cardamom and floral notes of mimosa and comes of course in the cologne and other body products as well as the classic candle.

I think the attraction of Jo Malone is the beautiful packaging which makes it a great choice for Christmas gifts. This year the Jo Malone Christmas imagery is stunning; a rich palette of green and a total “Mad Men” vintage vibe which is right up my street. I love the classic Christmas feel to it all and the range itself is also fabulous. I was lucky enough to be given a sneak peek and a good smell of a few of the gorgeous products available this Christmas.

The Christmas Limited Edition Collection includes the pretty Travel Candle Set which includes three classic scents; Blackberry & Bay which is lovely and fruity, Pine & Ecalyptus which smelled just like a freshly cut Christmas tree and Roasted Chestnut which has an amazing warm and nutty scent. Also one of my faves was the English Pear & Freesia Bath Salts which come presented in a pretty double door box with a townhouse design.
