I bought this New Look kimono after seeing it on one of the lovely Press team at the New Look AW14 Press Day and as I was lucky enough to get a store voucher in my press day goody bag then of course this is what I immediately bought. Along with this fruity number – the lemon slice clutch bag, from New Look too and a bargain at £9.99!!!

I loved how this kimono looked on and its longer length, plus blue isn’t a colour I wear often so its a bit different for me. I wore this to head out to dinner with my husband – you can see my review of Pizza Express Colchester here and we grabbed some quick pictures in the last of the evening sun.

I’m a big fan of the kimono and casual jeans look. I cant wait to pick up one of the amazing velvet kimono’s landing at New Look later this Autumn, I fell in love with one in particular at the Press Day.

But lets not wish away the summer just yet, I want more sunny days and more lightweight outfits like this don’t you??
