MUA Matte Lipsticks – Beauty Review

I’m a big fan of MUA’s lipsticks, not because they’re the best but because they are so cheap and for a recent lipstick convert they are great for trying out new colours and shades without spending too much.

These are from the New matte range and as always the packaging is simple and the lipstick has a lipbalm pot at the end too – which I didn’t realise the first time I bought MUA.

They lipsticks are lovely shades – my favourite is Peachy Keen which is a corally toned pink. I also love the Pouty Pink colour which is a bright pink and you can see it on me in my recent Candy Cool outfit post.

They do go on very light so you need build and build to get the kind of dramatic matte colour you get with Topshop bullet’s or Revlon’s Colourburst. But I quite like this as it means its not too bold for me which I like, or I can build it and see more colour.

For £1 a pop they’re such a  good buy and I didn’t find them drying and they didn’t have a strong taste like the Rimmel Kate Moss lipsticks do, which I hate!!
