Its Very Tropical Out There – Outfit Post

Rucksack – Peacocks
Shoes – Primark (Similar here)
Necklace – Red Herring at Debenhams

I’m loving anything tropical right now and the fact this is also a swing shape – my favourite shape of dress its a win win! Its from the Fearne Cotton for Very range and I was so in love with so many of her pieces I think its a great collection this season. There is another to die for swing dress and some great party dresses too so do check it out.
I’m wearing it with my new favourite shoes from Primark.  I visited the big Tottenham Court road one last week after some Press Days with the lovely Laura and I love Primark’s flat pumps with the ankle strap so much I’d gone to pick up some more and spotted these beauties. they were slightly more expensive (still only £10 though!) but have thicker sole and are more shoe like. They are so comfy and look really nice with trousers too. They are definitely on my packing list for Paris.
As you also might notice my hair has some colour in it! Its only temporary mind as I have been trialing out the new Label M Colour Chalk sprays and this is the red. I used it just underneath and I actually really like the effect.
I’ll do a full post of all the colours when the main post goes live on

I’m off into London on Thursday for some Press Days but also to get my hair fixed after a disastrous hair appointment at my local salon only one day after I took these photos- See my Twitter for photos #cringe
I’m booked into Colour Nation again who did my hair previously. See my post about my trip to the salon here
and they have swooped in to save the day and squeezed me in an appointment on Thursday. Here’s hoping the lovely Grant can salvage something before I head off to Paris on Saturday.
Tomorrows post is all about what I’m packing to wear in Paris so stop by for that tomorrow.

Debs the floral print was made for your red tipped hair – but I hope you get your hair sorted, I’m sure it will be fine!! Have a wonderful time in Paris, I hope the weather is better than it was on our trip (it poured on our third day, boo). Can’t wait to see what you get up to!
