I have never been someone who finds it easy to wear brooches, even vintage ones. I always associate them with being on a jacket lapel and therefore I tend to think of them as formal and a Winter item!!
However with a little imagination brooches can be employed in many different ways and teamed with any kind of outfit, any time of year.
