I have to go to quite alot of boot sales as part of my job. I work in the theatre and I spend alot of my time hunting for specific items of a specific period for many different types of shows. Recently I have been looking for 1950’s Coffee pots, Dockers hooks and Easy chairs for Arthur Miller’s a View From The Bridge.
Lets just say life is never dull.
I have always had a love for Vintage and whenever we go out prop shopping I do inevitably come back with something for myself. However this boot sale was attended off duty and for personal reasons only and I was pretty pleased with my finds. I bought a really cute floral dress for £3.50 and another watch pendant to add to my ever growing collection. This one is digital so probably around1980’s but it has a pocket watch style shape and pretty detailing on the outside.
Wore them both to my best friends baby shower and I was pretty happy with the result.
