If you caught my first post with Seven Seas last month, you’ll know that I was lucky enough to try out a brand-new product called Perfect7 Renewal Advanced. This product contains an ingredient called Ceramosides™ which are a natural source of ceramides and is a UK first of its kind beauty supplement that allows you to take the ingredient orally as well as than being applied topically. I wanted to share with you my Seven Seas Perfect7 Renewal results here on the blog.
Ceramides make up 50% of the lipids in the skin’s moisture barrier, but with age your ceramide levels drop, skin moisture is lost and this can contribute to the appearance dryness and wrinkles. Which is what the Ceramosides™ in the product aims to help address, so you can see why I was so happy to give them a try.
As I said in my previous post, before I started taking the supplements, I had my skin appearance examined and measured by a state of the art machine. The device measured the appearance of my skin’s roughness and wrinkles and I couldn’t wait to have my skin remeasured after taking the supplements to see if there had been a noticeable improvement.
The supplements are made up of three capsules which you need to take every day – I had to take the capsules for 60 days before returning to London for my follow up. After a month of taking the supplements, I started to feel that my skin looked brighter. As someone who doesn’t and hasn’t really ever taken any kind of supplement, I felt a sort of positive change just by taking them. I also think that thanks to the Perfect7 Renewal Advanced pack also having the extra Multivitamin and Mineral tablets, which includes, Zinc for healthy nails, Biotin for healthy hair, Vitamin C, which supports collagen formation and Vitamin E, which contributes to cell protection from oxidative stress, I was feeling the benefits from all of these too.
At the follow up event I had my skin measured again and my wrinkles had shown nearly a 20% reduction in their appearance which I was quite impressed with after only taking a few supplements for a couple of months. I also picked up lots of skincare tips, including the importance of Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Biotin.
I really liked the Perfect7 Renewal Advanced supplements and was pleased with my results. I’ve continued to take them as I like the overall improvement, I felt not just in my skin, but in me generally.
