I thought I'd share with you a bit of table decor with how I've been dressing my dining table recently with not only my favourite colours; Pink and gold but also with my new ombre napkins which are thanks to one of my YouTube diy tutorials. I love creating different tablescapes and if you didn't see how I dressed them for Easter then take a look at my post all about my Easter Tablescapes but this is my new current fave set up.
I adore these pink plates from IKEA, they are so cheap and hard wearing too. I have the plates, bowls and the pasta bowls too and I bought the side plates in a contrasting blue design which looks so nice. My gold cutlery was also a great investment from Sainsbury's a year ago and its washed so well. Sadly unavailable now but the set I've linked is from Next and is so lovely too, I've seen it in-store. I like to layer up colours on my dining table so love the pink plates with the blue ombre napkins on top. This was my first stab at ombre dyeing and I used such a quick technique so have a watch of my tutorial over on my channel and maybe have a go yourself. I also created the lovely table runner too with an ombre just at each end. I picked up both at Aldi when they were selling off some special buys so I got the plain white runner and napkins SUPER cheap!
My little pink glasses though have to be the biggest bargain! They were 50p each at the £1 shop!!!!! I couldn't believe it. They are lovely thick quality glass and I loved them so much I bought 6 just in case I break one. My lovely gold candlesticks were actually another bargain at Homebase of all places!
So that's a little look at my pink & gold table dressing and of course my DIY ombre napkins too. I'd love to know what you guys think and if you love this colour combo too?
