Six current haircare favourites

current favourite hair products

I thought I'd share with you some of my favourite haircare products right now. Since I had my hair dyed rose gold it has been a job keeping my colour maintained, but also the condition too and there have been some products over the last few months that I'm using almost every day plus some new discoveries that have become instant faves and some good old favourites too.

For keeping my rose gold colour I've been using a mix of Bleach London products. For every day use I've been using the Bleach London Rose Conditioner. This adds a touch of pink to my hair as well as conditioning it too. I apply it just to the lower part of my hair and the ends.

To refresh my colour I use the Bleach London Rose Super Colour and the Bleach London Awkward Peach Super Colour. Both of these colours are semi permanent colours that last up to 10 washes. To create my rose gold colour I mix a two part rose, one part peach and apply it to the bottom section of my hair. I like to leave it on for at least 20 mins and then apply a conditioner after that.
These Bleach London colours are quite pricey for small bottles but they do go a long way.

I have such thick hair and it takes an AGE to blow dry. I discovered this KMS Quick Blow Dry spray over a year ago and its a product I buy again and again. It is

It really does speed up the blow drying opf my hair and also smells so lovely. KMS is a brand I love and I use their conditioners a lot but this product is a regular buy and I always pick it up when ever there is an offer on as it is pricier than drugstore.

Spray it on to wet hair before blow drying and again a little does go a long way so it is a good value product.

Sassoon treatment

As you know I get my hair cut and coloured at Sassoon Kings Road, but if you don't know they have a range of haircare products too. One of my faves to use is the Sassoon Intense Restore Treatment. It is a weekly treatment which is designed to treat dry hair with a hydration boost and repairs your hair from the inside out. Its another product where a little goes a long way and my bottle has lasted me such a long time. I like to use it every couple of weeks.

If you fancy getting your hair done at Sassoon then I've got a discount code to share with you.  You can save 20% and all you need to do is quote BANG ON STYLE at the time of booking. I 100% reccomend Aaron for colour and the amazing Natasha for a cut if you go to the Kings Road Salon.

Discount valid for new guests only, with select stylist and colourists.  Valid Monday – Friday. Cannot be redeemed for cash.  Sassoon require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of an appointment.

Lastly my current haircare favourite tool is my new Tresemme Perfectly Undone Waving wand. Its so affordable at £25 and gives hair the loveliest waved curls. It has two heat settings and comes with a heat glove too. Its a simple wrap the hair around the barrel tool and I've been using it non stop for about two weeks now. I love the shape of curls it gives and they last well into the next day too.

That's my Six Current Haircare favourites at the moment. Let me know if any of these are yours too??
