NEXT AW 14 Womenswear and Home Collections

There are certainly some exciting pieces to wait for in Next’s new AW14 Collections. At their AW14 Press Day they showcased several down the catwalk in a great show featuring some fairly high profile models and some seriously enviable Autumn and Winter looks. Sadly I captured no shots of the catwalk itself but many of the pieces were on display in their showroom upstairs so I’ve posted a selection of my favoutites above.

Top pieces for me were this stunningly vibrant dress with autumnal red print. I loved this dress, so much so that I waited ages to get a shot of it without someone in the way!! This colour is amazing and I really like the simple shift shape it too.

I’ve also earmarked the black beaded jacket and this sequin tee for party season. I reckon both would look amazing with ripped jeans and killer heels.

There were also some gorgeous pastel shades on display too including a really pretty pink tote bag and dove grey heeled ankle boots.

As always Next’s homewares were on point, especially their Christmas pieces. I loved the red fair isle style range and the gorgeous tweed style reindeer’s!! And of course they had a great selection of Christmas style jumpers which I’m sure will be huge again this year.

Plus I really liked the gold and silver ranges including the cutest tea light holders with a vintage style key motif on the front.

All these Winter items gets me really excited for Christmas and its only August, so I’m off to sit in the sun and have an ice lolly and hold on to the last bit of Summer.
